A spoiler-free premise

A message arrives under Hyejin's name one year after she disappeared. It points to Room 404 of Seoul Motel. The protagonist recognizes the possibility of a trap and goes anyway.

The first mark he finds follows a rule only the two of them would know. That certainty pushes him to investigate the next space himself instead of trusting the police or waiting for outside help.

Five spaces, one route

The guest room tests observation and reversal. The control room is about power and vision. The corridor challenges spatial memory, the elevator turns order into circuitry, and the front desk combines rules learned across the episode.

These are not disconnected minigames. Items and information carry forward, changing later choices while even a failed decision becomes part of the story.

Before you play

Sound communicates power, locks, and successful input as well as atmosphere, so we recommend leaving it enabled. Progress is stored in the current browser, and strong-hint use and deaths become part of the result record.

A first run works best when room changes and inventory descriptions are read before searching for an answer. Normal hints restate the objective, while strong hints read the current state when progress has genuinely stopped.
